In my own words

I come from a ling line of skilled contractors and grew up tagging along to job sites with my Dad. After purchasing and renovating homes of my own I saw a real need for someone to bridge the gap between busy home owners and contractors. In 2015 I took my love of design, construction knowledge and knack for maneuvering a Home Depot and started my Project Management business with the loving support of my family.

    I had the pleasure of working with Courtney on my Mother-in laws house in preparation for a sale. The house was built in 1969 and it needed a lot of things to make it presentable to the market place.

    Courtney came in and made valuable suggestions on what needed to be done as well as found ways to creatively do things within our limited budget.

    She came up with a timeline that made the project as streamlined and efficient as possible and managed all the trades people daily.

    The Seller was amazed at the final outcome and couldn’t believe the transformation in such a short time and within budget. The house went into escrow within a week and closed within 21 days.
